About us
CognitoCRM was founded and built by Hai An Bui, who now serves as the Co-founder and CTO of the company. He is a serial tech entrepreneur renowned for his innovative ventures in Vietnam. His remarkable journey includes hosting former President Barack Obama during his visit to Vietnam, where he shared insights into the cutting-edge companies and technologies he was developing.
​Hai An was also among the select 8 delegates from Vietnam chosen to participate in the Global Entrepreneurship Summit in 2016, an event organized by the US Department of State that convenes hundreds of entrepreneurs from across the globe to discuss and shares their entrepreneur stories.
His tech prowess extends to building the entire retail system for 7-Eleven in Vietnam and pioneering the country's first digital bank, Timo. With a track record of innovation and a commitment to pushing boundaries, Hai An aim to explore and build a successful technology in Canada.

Our Journey
Our remarkable journey that began in 2014 has brought us to a thrilling milestone in early 2023. Our roots trace back to Vietnam, where we rode the wave of the real estate boom from 2016 to 2020, growing alongside the flourishing industry. This period of success bolstered our capabilities and ignited a larger ambition.
In 2023, we embarked on an exciting new chapter by launching our operations in Canada. This expansion was made possible through the unwavering support of Keiretsu Forum Canada. Amid the global uncertainty caused by COVID-19, Keiretsu Forum Canada's belief in our potential, invaluable guidance, and facilitation of our participation in the Startup Visa program were instrumental.
